Celebrate Autumn with the Capital Flavors of Fall Event Series at Capital Hilton

Kick off this fall and the changing of the leaves with Capital Hilton’s Capital Flavors of Fall event series in partnership with 97.1 WASH FM and local food and beverage vendors. This event series will run on Autumn Fridays from 6 - 8pm, featuring delicious farm-to-table bites, spirits and beer tastings, amazing giveaways, and more!
Located in the heart of Washington, DC and just blocks away from the White House and National Mall, the Capital Hilton hotel is the perfect place to celebrate the changing of the weather and the fall foliage while experiencing all the Nation’s Capital has to offer. A trip to DC would not be complete without a taste of the local flavors, and what better way to do this than the Capital Flavors of Fall event series at Capital Hilton after a day of exploring.
Fresh Fall DC Flavors
Capital Hilton will be hosting local breweries such as DC Brau and Flying Dog, and distilleries such as Republic Restoratives. The select partners will be showcasing their locally made beverage options along with fall themed cocktails to sip and savor. Statler Lounge (open 4:30pm-11pm) will also be showcasing perfect-for-fall cocktails made with local spirits such as the Pumpkin Spice Cocktail, and local beers on tap.
Executive Chef Andrew Dixon will prepare farm-to-table specialties with produce from local farmers markets at several stations throughout the lobby. Be prepared to learn about all DC’s food scene has to offer. Interactive features will include Chesapeake Bay oysters, softshell crabs, and more.
